1. Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the conditions outlined below:
Eligible Returns

Personalized items with correct specifications as per the order details provided at checkout.

Items returned outside of the specified return window (14 days from delivery).
2. Refunds
We issue refunds in the following cases:

If your item qualifies for a return due to our error, damage during shipping, or defects.

If you return a non-defective product in its original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your original payment method after processing.
Non-Eligible Refunds

Personalized products that meet the specifications provided at checkout.

Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by shipping or production errors.
3. Exchanges
If your product is eligible for a return due to a defect or error, we can offer an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are only available for the same item as originally ordered. Non-defective items can also be exchanged for the same product type, provided they are returned in original, unused condition.
4. Process for Returns and Refunds

Contact Us: Email our support team at info@thenameplace.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization if applicable.

Shipping: Ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving your return authorization. Shipping costs for returns of non-defective items are the customer’s responsibility. For defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the status of your return, refund, or exchange.
5. Cancellations
Since our products are personalized and made-to-order, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, production begins, and the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
